WHAT MATERIALS DO WE USE

We work with carefully selected materials, including 925 sterling silver, 14ct gold-filled components, gold and silver plating, natural semi-precious stones, Miyuki beads, mother-of-pearl, freshwater pearls, and refined crafted accents.

ARE YOUR JEWELLERY PIECES HANDMADE?

Yes, every piece is thoughtfully handcrafted in Singapore. As each item is made individually, slight variations in stone colour, pattern, or shape may occur, subtle details that make each piece quietly unique.

HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR MY JEWELLERY

To keep your jewellery looking its best:

  • Avoid exposure to perfumes, lotions, oils, and harsh chemicals.

  • Remove before showering, swimming, exercising, or sleeping.

  • Store each piece separately in a dry pouch, jewellery box, or soft compartment.

  • Gently wipe with a soft, dry cloth after wear and before storing.

Bespoke sizing and customisation will be introduced at a later stage.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE

Delivery time frames vary by destination. While we aim to deliver within the estimated period, there may be occasional delays due to seasonal demand, customs processing, or factors beyond our control.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER

Please contact us as soon as possible at contact@dessinlavision.com if you need to change or cancel your order. We will do our best to assist before the order is processed.

Once an order has been dispatched, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

GENERAL POLICY
At dessin la vision, each piece is handcrafted in small batches. For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind once an order has been dispatched.
 
FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us at contact@dessinlavision.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

Kindly include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo or video of the issue
     

We will review the case carefully and assist with a replacement or suitable solution where appropriate.

SHIPPING COST

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

For approved exchanges, return postage will be borne by the customer unless the item was incorrect or sent in error by dessin la vision.
