WHAT MATERIALS DO WE USE
We work with quality materials including 925 sterling silver, 14k gold-filled components, gold and silver plating, natural semi-precious stones, Miyuki beads, mother of pearl, freshwater pearls, and carefully selected premium beads.

ARE YOUR JEWELLERY PIECES HANDMADE
Yes, every piece is thoughtfully handcrafted in Singapore. As each item is made individually, slight variations in stone colour, pattern, or shape may occur, adding to the uniqueness of your jewellery.
DO YOU OFFER BESPOKE / CUSTOMISATION
Yes, we offer Bespoke sizing for selected designs.
Simply indicate your preferred length in the Bespoke section, and we will tailor it within the design and stone-sizing limitations. If you need assistance, please feel free to connect with us.
HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR MY JEWELLERY?
To keep your jewellery looking its best:

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER
Please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
GENERAL POLICY
At dessin la vision, each piece is handcrafted in small batches. For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind once an order has been dispatched.
FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Kindly provide:
• Your order number
• A clear photo or video of the issue
We will review the case and arrange a replacement or solution as appropriate.

BESPOKE ORDERS
All customised or bespoke-length pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

SHIPPING COST
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
For approved exchanges, return postage will be the customer’s responsibility unless the item was sent incorrectly.
