JEWELLERY CARE
Whether it’s costume or fine jewellery, every piece carries a sentimental story — a gift from someone special or something you chose for yourself. You may want to wear it forever. Here are some simple care tips to help prevent tarnishing, scratches, and dullness.
Give It a gentle wash - A light wash is one of the simplest and most effective ways to clean your jewellery.
Use warm water with a mild liquid soap and gently clean your piece. Once washed, dry it thoroughly and promptly, often, this alone is enough to refresh many pieces.
If your jewellery features polyester cords, they can also be washed in warm soapy water and rinsed gently.
Lay the piece flat to dry.
925 STERLING SILVER CARE
Sterling silver is an alloy that naturally reacts to elements in the air, which may lead to tarnishing over time. Factors such as humidity, sunlight, and exposure to salt water can accelerate this process. To care for your piece, store it in an airtight pouch, keep it in a cool, dry place, and consider using anti-tarnish tabs. Most tarnish can be gently restored by polishing with a soft cloth or using a mild silver-cleaning solution.

For customers in Singapore, if your piece shows signs of tarnish, you are welcome to bring it back to us for a complimentary cleaning.

GOLD-PLATED CARE
Gold-plated jewellery carries a delicate layer of gold that will naturally wear with time. To prolong its radiance, avoid contact with moisture, perfumes, lotions, and abrasive surfaces. After each wear, gently wipe your piece with a soft cloth and store it in an airtight pouch, away from humidity and direct sunlight. Proper care will help preserve its colour and finish for longer.
