RETURN POLICY

At dessin la vision, we want you to enjoy your jewellery with confidence. If something is not quite right, we are here to help. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging

  • The return request must be made within 14 days of receiving your order

  • Proof of purchase is required

 

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for return.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Due to the handcrafted nature of our jewellery, certain items cannot be returned:

  • Bespoke or customised pieces, including customised lengths

  • Earrings, for hygiene reasons

  • Sale or promotional items

  • Gift cards

  • Items showing signs of wear, use, or damage after delivery

3. RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return, please contact us with:

  • Your order number

  • The item you wish to return

  • The reason for return

Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

Return Shipping Costs

All return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

We strongly recommend using a trackable mailing service, as we are not responsible for parcels lost or damaged during return transit.

4. REFUNDS

Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.

Approved refunds will be issued via the original mode of payment.

Refunds apply only to the value of the returned item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please allow 5–10 working days for the refund to reflect, depending on your payment provider.

5. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, with clear photos of:

  • The item

  • The packaging

  • Any visible damage

We will assist you promptly.

6. EXCHANGES

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you wish to exchange an item, you may return the original item, if eligible, and place a new order.

7. NATURAL STONES VARIATIONS

Many of our designs feature natural semi-precious stones.

Variations in colour, pattern, shape, and inclusions are natural characteristics and are not considered defects.
